Throughout these past 20 years, Amotec has experienced substantial growth and the occasional challenge. As we reflect on our first two decades, countless people helped shape our journey.
Founded by Carmine Izzo in December 2000, Amotec recently celebrated 20 years of excellence in recruiting. While Amotec’s headquarters reside in the heart of Downtown Cleveland, its legacy began in Westlake, Ohio. After spending ten years in the recruiting industry, Carmine Izzo set forth a plan to create a new type of recruiting firm dedicated to matching the top talent with employers of choice based on more than just a set of job requirements. His first office opened in Westlake, Ohio in December 2000. Over the last 20 years, Izzo has turned one office into seven and created a national company dedicated to serving clients and candidates alike.
We are happy to have marked 20 years in business on December 8, 2020. We want to thank everyone who has been along for the journey and we can’t wait to see what the next 20 years bring.
