Amotec Inc., a national executive search and staffing firm headquartered in downtown Cleveland, has been named a 2020 Top Workplaces by cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer. The ranking, based solely on employee feedback, is determined through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few.

the year, Amotec host different events to keep our employees engaged in the workplace. At least once a month, we celebrate a national food day, which is a favorite among many employees, just see for yourself, “celebrating national food days to keep employees engaged and excited to come to work”. Food is something that brings us all together, so about once a month we all participate in a potluck at the office. Birthdays are important to us, so everyone’s birthday is celebrated with his or her favorite dessert. We all enjoy getting together after work for our winter bowling league and summer volleyball league. These are just some of the things we do here at Amotec to keep our employees engaged.
